ETHNOGRAPHY IN NURSING RESEARCH WITH EMPHASIS ON CARE

Resumo: This work is a bibliographical research that objective to identify the profile of the national research of nursing that they had used the method of the ethnography with emphasis in the care. The methodology was based on survey in the data base of the BDENF, having used the describers: ethnography, nursing and care. Twenty publications between the years of 1998 had been analyzed the 2008. Results: It had two publications per year approximately and the majority of the inquiries becomes related with the vital cycle or the clinical conditions of determined groups, beyond portraying the interaction of the nurse with the individual and family. The study places had varied, but all are in a collective perspective. For the collections of data different techniques had been used simultaneously, being distinguished participant comment. The research had been developed in some areas of knowledge, highlighting itself it Obstetric nursing and valuing relations of well-taken care of taking care of/. Conclusion: The ethnography research in nursing is excellent, making possible the construction of the knowledge in different aspects of the care.

La metodología fue basada en examen en la base de datos del BDENF, utilizando los describers: etnografia, oficio de enfermera y cuidado. Veinte publicaciones entre los años de 1998 habían sido analizadas el 2008. Resultados: Tenía dos publicaciones por año aproximadamente y la mayoría de las investigaciones hace relacionada con el ciclo vital o las condiciones clínicas de grupos resueltos, más allá de retratar la interacción de la enfermera con el individuo y la familia. Los lugares del estudio habían variado, pero todos están en una perspectiva colectiva. Para las recogidas de datos diversas técnicas habían sido utilizadas simultáneamente, siendo comentario distinguido del participante. La investigación había sido desarrollada en algunas áreas del conocimiento, destacando sí mismo él oficio de enfermera de Obstétrica y las relaciones el valorar del cuidado bien-tomado de tomar cuidado de. Conclusión: La investigación del etnográfica en el oficio de enfermera es excelente, haciendo posible la construcción del conocimiento en diversos aspectos del cuidado.    Pesquisa bibliográfica teve por objetivo identificar o perfil das pesquisas nacionais de enfermagem que utilizaram o método da etnografia com ênfase no cuidado. A metodologia baseou-se em levantamento no banco de dados BDENF, utilizando os descritores: etnografia, enfermagem e cuidado. Foram analisadas vinte publicações entre os anos de 1998 a 2010. Houve cerca de duas publicações por ano e a maioria das investigações relaciona-se com o ciclo vital ou condições clínicas de determinados grupos, além de retratar a interação do enfermeiro com o indivíduo e família. Os locais de estudo variaram, mas todos estão numa perspectiva coletiva; para a coleta de dados utilizaram-se simultaneamente diferentes técnicas, destacando-se a observação participante. As pesquisas foram desenvolvidas em várias áreas do conhecimento, sobretudo em Enfermagem obstétrica e valorizando relações do cuidar/cuidado.
