SISTEMATIZAÇÃO DA ASSISTÊNCIA DE ENFERMAGEM EM UNIDADE NEONATAL

Resumo: Through this research, with a qualitative approach, it was aimed to identify the difficulties and contributions of the Systematization of Nursing Care in a neonatal unit in the view of the nurses. Information was collected in 2011 through semi-structured interviews with 7 nurses in Fortaleza-Ceará and was organized through the technique of content analysis. The categories which emerged evidenced that the Systematization of Nursing Care is riddled with difficulties, is fragmented and with incomplete records. The lack of time, the insufficient number of nurses and the lack of an instrument specifically for recording information emerged as principal obstacles to implantation. It was possible to perceive, by means of the reports, that the Systematization of Nursing Care makes possible the autonomy necessary for carrying out work which is conscious, efficient and rewarding from the point of view of positive results in care given to the newborn.

Para a organização das informações coletadas em 2011, por meio de entrevista semiestruturada a 7 enfermeiras de Fortaleza-Ceará, optou-se pela técnica de análise de conteúdo. As categorias que emergiram evidenciam que a Sistematização da Assistência de Enfermagem apresenta-se permeada de dificuldades, fragmentada e com registros incompletos. A falta de tempo, o número insuficiente de enfermeiros e a falta de instrumento específico para o registro surgiram como principais entraves à implantação. Foi possível perceber, por meio dos relatos, que a Sistematização da Assistência de Enfermagem possibilita a autonomia necessária para desenvolver um trabalho consciente, eficiente e gratificante do ponto de vista de resultados positivos na assistência prestada ao neonato.El estudio tuvo el objetivo de, por medio de investigación de abordaje cualitativo, identificar las dificultades y contribuciones de la Sistematización de la Asistencia de Enfermería en unidad neonatal en la visión de los enfermeros. Para la organización de las informaciones obtenidas en 2011, por medio de entrevista semiestructurada a 7 enfermeras de Fortaleza –Ceará, la opción fue por la técnica de análisis de contenido. Las categorías resultantes evidencían que la Sistematización de la Asistencia de Enfermería se presenta permeada de dificultades, fragmentada y con registros incompletos. La falta de tiempo, el número insuficiente de enfermeros y la falta de instrumento específico para el registro surgieron como principales obstáculos a la implantación.
