Defesa : Curitiba, 11/12/2020Inclui referências: p. 133-136Resumo: O presente trabalho tem por objetivo investigar o modo como Hannah Arendt compreende a experiência do pensamento e a sua conexão com a experiência do mundo. Ainda que o pensamento seja uma atividade invisível, interna ao sujeito pensante, essa relação estabelecida com o mundo sensível pode, mas não necessariamente, resultar em benefício para a própria instauração e durabilidade de um mundo comum. Ao propor analisar o fenômeno totalitário e seus desdobramentos a partir de si mesma, embora estabelecendo um diálogo crítico com a tradição do pensamento ocidental, Arendt revela a sua própria maneira de pensar as coisas e nos conduz a um melhor entendimento dessa atividade espiritual dentro da sua obra. A primeira parte dessa dissertação investiga o colapso do mundo promovido pelas políticas nazista e stalinista como prejuízo para o pensamento, mas, ao mesmo tempo, como o pensamento exerce uma tarefa crucial na reconciliação entre o homem e o mundo a partir da busca de novos significados. Em seguida, abordamos como essa separação entre pensamento e mundo, esse distanciamento entre o ser humano e a experiência do real dá-se também de modo voluntário, quando o autoengano promovido pelo indivíduo o exime de encarar as questões paras quais o pensamento o direciona. E finalmente, na parte final desta dissertação nos debruçamos sobre a investigação conceitual do pensamento a qual aponta para a sua relação fundamental com a natureza fenomênica do mundo, e o modo como o pensamento se alimenta da pluralidade dessa experiência que é dada em conjunto. Argumentamos que Arendt, ao colocar a experiência do mundo como indispensável para a experiência do pensamento, dá novo significado ao pensar no mundo dos assuntos humanos e torna-o significativo na discussão acerca do mundo como lugar de proteção da pluralidade humana. Palavras-chave: Hannah Arendt; pensamento; mundo; experiência.Abstract: This dissertation aims to investigate how Hannah Arendt understands the experience of thought and its connection with the experience of the world. Although thought is an invisible activity, internal to the thinking subject, this relationship established with the sensitive world may, but not necessarily, result in benefit for the very establishment and durability of a common world. In proposing to analyze the totalitarian phenomenon and its unfolding from itself, although establishing a critical dialogue with the tradition of Western thought, Arendt reveals her own way of thinking things and leads us to a better understanding of this spiritual activity within her work. The first part of this dissertation investigates the collapse of the world promoted by Nazi and Stalinist policies as a detriment to thought, but, at the same time, how thought plays a crucial task in the reconciliation between man and the world from the search for new meanings. Then, we discuss how this separation between thought and the world, this distance between the human being and the experience of the real also occurs voluntarily, when the self-deception promoted by the individual exempts him from facing the issues to which thought directs him. And finally, in the final part of this dissertation we look at the conceptual investigation of thought, which points to its fundamental relationship with the phenomenal nature of the world, and the way in which thought feeds on the plurality of this experience that is given together. We argue that Arendt, by placing the experience of the world as indispensable for the experience of thought, gives new meaning to thinking about the world of human affairs and makes it significant in the discussion about the world as a place of protection for human plurality.
