Isso pode implicar em várias complicações durante e após o pré-natal. Por isso, é fundamental encontrar meios de conscientizar as gestantes e melhorar estes dados. Este trabalho objetiva, portanto, descrever um plano de ação para conscientização de gestantes sobre a realização de exames de rotina de pré-natal. Para tanto, foi elaborado um plano de intervenção que consistia em elaborar e entregar cartilhas informativas para as gestantes e orientar os agentes comunitários de saúde (ACSs) a lembrá-las da data agendada para realização dos exames. As ações transcorreram conforme planejado. Foram elaboradas as cartilhas com figuras ilustrativas, informações diretas e simples, impressas e envelopadas. Foram entregues um total de 24 cartilhas, 20 pelo médico e 4 pelas enfermeiras, sendo que todas foram previamente orientadas acerca de seu conteúdo e da importância de sua leitura. Foi também realizada uma reunião de equipe no qual foram passadas orientações aos ACSs para em visita domiciliar lembrar as gestantes de fazer os exames e destacar a importância da ação. Espera-se que o resultado esperado tenha sido alcançado, proporcionando maior conhecimento e segurança às gestantes acerca das doenças e complicações que podem ser evitadas se adequadamente evidenciadas na gestação. Também almeja-se que o presente trabalho contribua evidenciando uma ideia de ações para outras equipes replicarem com seus pré-natal. Isso auxiliará diminuindo a demanda na rede terciária, custos com internações e procedimentos. Destaca-se como potencialidade do estudo a possibilidade de fazer as intervenções sem gerar aglomerações. Sugere-se, em estudos posteriores, necessita maior período de intervenções.Abstract: Once the social diagnoses of the UBS Madre Joseffa was done, it became evident the large proportion of pregnant women who fail to undergo r outine examinations. This can cause several complications during and after pre natal care. Therefore,itis essential to find ways to raise awareness among pregn t women and improve this data. This study therefore aims to describe an action plan to make pregnat women aware of the performance of routine prenatal exai nations. For that, an intervention plan was elaborated which consisted of elaborating end deliverin g informative blookets for pregnant women and guide the community health age nts (CHA),to remind them of the scheduled datefor the exams. The actions went as planned. The booklets were prepared with ilustrative figures, direct and simp le informations, printed and enveloped. A total of 24 booklets were delivered, 20 by the doctor and 4 by the nurses, all of whom were previously informed abo ut their content and the importance of their reading. A team meeting was also h eld in which orientations were given to CHWs to visit pregnant women to remind them about of the perform the exams and highlight the importance of the action. Itis expected that the expected result has been achievied, providing greater kno wledge and security to pregant women about diseases and complications that c an be avoided if adequately evidenced during pregnancy.Itis also hoped that the present work contributes evidencing asIdea of actions for other teams to replica te with their prenatal care. The possibility of carryingout int erventions without generating agglomerations stand out as a potentiality of the study.
