Mais particularmente, trata-se de um estudo sobre a modalidade de elaboração de representações da morte nas produções artísticas que compõem o referido festival. A música é a forma predominante dentre as que compõem o conjunto dos trabalhos artísticos que perfazem o II Woodgothic. São bandas e DJ's as principais atrações do evento, que ocorreu nos dias 3, 4 e 5 de junho de 2010. Em sua segunda edição, foram 15 bandas e 7 DJ's. Para desenvolver esta pesquisa, trabalhei sobretudo com os integrantes das bandas e com os DJ's, mediante entrevistas em profundidade e observação participante. Além disso, trabalhei com alguns tipos de dados coletados no ciberespaço, mediante a observação de atividades alocadas no site oficial do evento e em duas redes sociais virtuais. Portanto, por estes caminhos procurei maneiras para compreender o II Festival Woodgothic. Nesse quadro, esta pesquisa localiza-se, por um lado, no campo de antropologia das juventudes, sobretudo em seu seguimento que se ocupa com questões relacionadas ao lazer. Por outro lado, este trabalho localiza-se no campo dos estudos sobre a morte, principalmente em seu segmento voltado ao estudo dos usos do significante 'morte'. Por sua vez, a abordagem da pesquisa foi orientada por uma literatura de antropologia das emoções. Este caminho foi trilhado na medida em que as representações da morte etnografadas aqui são, propriamente, representações de emoções referentes à morte. Nesta direção, trabalhei com a configuração de um conjunto de emoções o qual passei a denominar por 'categoria da experiência cotidiana cuja figura tipificadora é a metáfora da morte'. Por fim, uma das conclusões deste trabalho, é a de que se, por um lado, o significante 'morte' é atualmente elaborado e vivido como um interdito - ainda que, ao mesmo tempo, "espetacularizado" -, por outro lado, entre os woodgóticos há um uso do significante 'morte' que relacionalmente se configura como transgressão de tabu pelas vias de uma micropolítica das emoções. Isso porque, a indicada aproximação da morte está encarnada nas práticas dos woodgóticos ao longo das várias camadas do cotidiano que, comumente, ablui-se da presença do significante morte.Abstract: This work is a study of the representations of death in the II Festival Woodgothic. More particularly, it is a study on the preparation of representations of death in the artistic productions that make up such a festival. The music is the predominant form among those that make up the artwork that make up the Woodgothic II. Bands and DJ's are the main attractions of the event, which occurred on days 3, 4 and 5 June 2010. In its second edition, 15 were 7 bands and DJs. To develop this research, I worked primarily with members of bands and DJs through in-depth interviews and participant observation. In addition, I worked with some types of data collected in cyberspace, through observation of activities allocated on the official website of the event and two virtual social networks. Therefore, in these ways sought ways to understand the Woodgothic II Festival. In this context, this research is located on the one hand, the field of anthropology of youth, especially in its segment that deals with issues related to leisure. Moreover, this work is located in the field of studies on death, especially in its segment back to the study of the uses of the signifier 'death'. In turn, the research approach was guided by a literature of anthropology of emotions. This path has been traveled in that the representations of death etnografadas here are properly, representations regarding emotions death. In this direction, worked with the configuration of a set of emotions which went to call for 'category of the everyday experience typifying whose figure is the metaphor of death. Finally, one of the conclusions of this work is that, on the one hand, the significant "death" is currently prepared and experienced as a forbidden - yet at the same time, "spectacularized" -, second, between the woodgóticos there is a significant use of 'death' that is configured as relationally transgression of taboo by means of a micro-politics of emotions. This is because, given the approach of death is embodied in the practices of woodgóticos throughout the various layers of everyday life that commonly ablui is the significant presence of death.158f. : il.
