Defesa: Curitiba, 26/03/2015Inclui referênciasÁrea de concentração : Cognição, aprendizagem e desenvolvimento humanoResumo: O presente estudo teve por objetivo investigar a afetividade de alunos do 9º ano do Ensino Fundamental no ambiente aulas de Educação Física. A amostra se constitui de 426 alunos nas faixas etárias variando de 13 a 18 anos de ambos os sexos, de todas as escolas (onze) da rede municipal de ensino de Curitiba. O instrumento de medida utilizado foi o mapa afetivo (BOMFIM, 2003; VIANA, 2009). Esse instrumento permite acessar os sentimentos dos indivíduos em relação a determinado ambiente e se caracteriza como uma metodologia de apreensão de afetos. A análise de dados foi realizada de forma quantitativa e qualitativa. A análise quantitativa se referiu à analise da pergunta três do instrumento de medida. Utilizou-se a Escala Likert para verificar a estima dos alunos de Educação Física e também as características biosociodemográficas. A análise qualitativa foi efetuada dos mapas afetivos dos alunos que tiveram os maiores escores na estima positiva e negativa, totalizando 20% da amostra final (percentil 90%). A análise fatorial exploratória foi utilizada para verificar a estrutura empírica da Escala Likert, que compõe o mapa afetivo, porém ela se apresenta como complementar no instrumento do qual três fatores foram extraídos (estima negativa = ? 0,774; contraste = ? 0,610; estima positiva= ? 0,924). Resultados: sobre os mapas afetivos, possibilitou-se apreender as emoções e sentimentos dos alunos, com base nas imagens surgidas nesse ambiente: agradabilidade, atração e pertencimento (estima positiva), insegurança, destruição, tédio, sem vida (estima negativa) e o contraste. E verificou-se que as imagens de estima positiva tendem a polarizar a ação dos alunos no ambiente aulas de Educação Física, o contraste tanto pode potencializar como não, e já a estima negativa demonstrou ser um despontecializador. Os resultados quantitativos apontaram um domínio das emoções e sentimentos de tendência positiva e que estes se relacionam com a estima positiva, o que tende a polarizar a ação dos alunos no ambiente aulas de Educação Física. Outro resultado relevante foi que os alunos com uma estima positiva do ambiente das aulas praticam mais atividade física (maior tempo de duração e mais tipos de atividades). Considerações finais: destaca-se a necessidade de pesquisas sobre a afetividade no ambiente aulas de Educação Física, bem como refletir sobre as manifestações afetivas dos alunos e destacar sua importância na construção do planejamento pedagógico dos conteúdos, aplicação e avaliação dos alunos no processo de ensino Palavras-chave: Educação Física Escolar. Afetividade. Alunos.Abstract: This study aimed to investigate the affectivity of 9th grade students in the Physical Education class environment. A group of 426 students were studied aging from 13 to 18 years old on both genders, from all eleven municipal schools in Curitiba. It was used some measurement instruments, such as the adapted affective map of sports environment for the environment of physical education classes. It was performed a quantitative and qualitative analyses. The quantitative analysis referred to the analysis of the question number three from the measuring instrument. It was used Likert scale to verify the self-esteem of Physical Education students and also their personal characteristics. The qualitative analysis examined the affective maps of the students who had the highest scores on the positive and negative self-esteem, which is 20% of the final sample (percentile 90%). The exploratory factor analysis was used to verify the empirical structure of the Likert Scale, that composes the emotional map, however, it presents itself as a complementary tool in which three factors were extracted (negative self-esteem ? = 0.774; contrast = ? 0.610, positive self-esteem = ? 0,924). Results: on affective maps, it was possible to learn that students? emotions and feelings based on the images that arise in this environment: pleasantness, attraction and belonging (positive self-esteem), insecurity, destruction, boredom, lifeless (negative self-esteem) and contrast. It was found that the positive self-esteem images tend to polarize the action of students in the environment of physical education classes, the contrast can both enhance and otherwise, and the negative esteem proved to be undermining. The quantitative results showed the dominance of positive emotions and feelings and they are related to the positive self-esteem, which tends to polarize students? action towards Physical Education classes. Another important result showed that students with positive self-esteem towards this environment tend to practice more physical activities (longer periods and different types of activities). Final thoughts: there is a need for researching on the affectivity in the physical education environment, and also reflect the students? affective demonstrations and highlight its importance to build better pedagogical practices when it comes to content, implementation and evaluation of students in the teaching process.
