Defesa: Curitiba, 2007Inclui bibliografiaResumo: O presente estudo propõe-se a investigar quais são as características do trabalho subordinado ou cooperado no modo de produção capitalista, adentrando a questão da subjetividade do trabalhador e as relações de poder. Para tanto, verifica-se alguns subsídios filosóficos, outros sociais e econômicos relativos ao trabalhador e como na contemporaneidade, o mundo de trabalho tem se organizado. Centrado essencialmente no lucro, na busca da excelência para o aperfeiçoamento do trabalho apto a gerar progresso técnico, olvidando-se muitas vezes o homem enquanto fim deste trabalho. O tempo empregado para o trabalho, inobstante o acréscimo de tecnologia, está a indicar a centralidade do trabalho em nossas vidas, constituindo-se o desemprego na falta da essencialidade do humano e no sentimento de que se é descartável. Estuda-se o trabalho subordinado, o emprego tão almejado, mediatizado pelo lucro e eficiência do capital, pela verificação de que as relações de trabalho modernizam-se constantemente, evoluindo para novas formas de organização da produção através de consórcios e firmas-redes, perpassando por relações de trabalho diversas. Dentre estas relações sobreleva o trabalho cooperado, que face a precarização das relações de trabalho muitas vezes tem conduzido a fraudes trabalhistas, mas que em outras tem significado a tentativa de emancipação do trabalhador, o que observa-se no cooperativismo popular ou autogestionário ou mesmo no autêntico cooperativismo, sobrelevando o papel da economia solidária a impulsionar as relações de trabalho. Pretende-se analisar o trabalho em períodos recentes da história e , como a globalização e o Neoliberalismo tem influenciado as decisões políticas, observado ainda como o Estado em sua atividade regulatória e implementadora de políticas públicas ou no direcionamento do fundo público tem estado aquém do interesse da maioria que legitimou os governantes no Poder. Faz-se necessário uma revisão conjuntural, para que os conhecimentos econômicos e o direcionamento político possam voltar-se para o social, para aqueles que estão à "margem" ou que pela crescente globalização estão cada vez mais mundializados no subdesenvolvimento. Não olvidamos que através de efetiva publicização e discussão do orçamento, bem como no estabelecimento de políticas públicas direcionadas para o bem-estar social da coletividade excluída possa-se efetivamente garantir através do fundo público o apoio necessário às micro e pequenas empresas e à economia solidária, na geração de emprego, mas também de trabalho e renda, coibindo as fraudes através da própria modernização da teorização do direito do trabalho que conta com o marco legal da Constituição Brasileira e que a esta luz de regras e princípios pode ser interpretado e aplicado para que muitos tenham acesso e que a dignidade seja efetiva e eficaz em suas vidas. Considerado este objetivo final é que entende-se que o Estado deve estar atento à realização da vida humana e ao amparo de seus cidadãos, com a oportunização de micro-crédito e políticas públicas que contemplem o desejo de uma vida melhor mediatizada pelo trabalho cooperado, autogestionário ou subordinado, coibindo-se as inevitáveis fraudes ao sistema, mas preservando e alcançando novas conquistas sociais.Abstract: The present study is considered to investigate it which is the characteristics of the work subordinated or cooperated in the way of capitalist production, enterling the question of the subjectivity of the worker and the relations of being able. For in such a way, it verifies some philosophical subsidies, other social and economic relative ones to the worker and as in the present time, the work world if has organized. Centered essentially in the profit, in the search of the excellence for the perfecting of the apt work to generate progress technician, forgetting it self many times the man while end of this work. The time used for the work, in view of the technology addition, is to indicate the central of the work in our lives, consisting the unemployment in the lack of the essential of the human being and in the feeling of that if it is dismissible. We will studied that in the subordinated work, the job so Ionged for, immediate for the profit and efficiency of the capital, in the verification of that the work relations are modernized constantly, evolving for new forms of organization of the production through trusts and firm-nets, passing for diverse relations of work. Amongst these relations it raises the work cooperated, that face the precarious of the work relations many times has lead the working frauds, but that in others in meaning the attempt of emancipation of the worker, what it is observed in the popular or with proper management or same cooperatives in the authentic cooperatives, raising the paper of the solider economy to stimulate the work relations. lt is intended to analyze the question of the work in recent periods of history and, as the globalization and neo-liberalism have influenced the decisions, observed still as the State in its regulatory activity and implement of public politics or in the aiming of government securities it has been on this side of the interest of the majority that Iegitimized the governing in the Power. A conjuncture revision becomes necessary, so that the economic knowledge, and the aiming politician can be turned toward social, for whom they are to the "edge" or that for the increasing of the word globalization they are each time more in the sub-development. We do not we forget that through effective publican and quarrel of the budget, as well as in the establishment of directed public politics for the social welfare of the collective "excluded" the necessary support can effectively be guaranteed through government securities the micron and small companies and the solider economy, in the generation of job, but also of work and income, restraining the frauds through proper modernization of the theories of the right of the work that counts on the legal landmark of the Brazilian Constitution and that to this light of rules and principles it can be interpreted and be applied so that many have access and that the dignity is efficient effective and in its lives.
