Defesa: Curitiba, 02/03/2009Inclui bibliografiaResumo: Este trabalho trata das possíveis conexões entre os princípios da educação estética ambiental, campo conceituado e fundamentado durante as reflexões teóricas propostas, e os do teatro do oprimido. A educação ambiental carrega as dificuldades e reducionismos impostos por um modelo de educação engessado que limita os modos de viver e dificulta a criação e a ampliação dos espaços de subjetividade. Na tentativa de superar esta condição propomos a educação estética ambiental, fundamentando-a na teoria estética de base fenomenológica, como uma nova maneira de o ser humano relacionar-se com o mundo que habita. O desafio desta educação é provocar o reencontro do ser humano com as dimensões sensível, afetiva, poética e imagética que o compõem, em detrimento de uma exclusiva exacerbação da dimensão racional, perspectiva ocorrente no modelo que combatemos. Nesta busca, a arte se configura como um campo essencial, possibilitando as vivências que despertem estas outras dimensões do ser humano. No campo da arte, nos voltamos ao teatro e, especificamente, ao teatro do oprimido, metodologia teatral criada por Augusto Boal que tem como principal objetivo a democratização do teatro, ou seja, a destruição do muro divisório entre atores e espectadores pela consideração do teatro como atividade biológica e orgânica dos seres humanos. A eleição do teatro do oprimido deu-se pela identificação de características em suas atividades que indicam aproximações com os princípios e objetivos buscados pela educação estética ambiental. Neste sentido, a proposta do presente trabalho é fundamentar, a partir de uma pesquisa teórica, o campo da educação estética ambiental, estabelecendo seus princípios para, então, analisar suas possíveis conexões com os princípios do teatro do oprimido. Buscou-se também, partindo desta relação já evidenciada, analisar como vêm sendo desenvolvidos os trabalhos de educação ambiental que utilizam a estética e a arte como referencial, na tentativa de indicar caminhos a partir da perspectiva da educação estética ambiental que propomos.Abstract: This work treats about the possible connections between the principles of the environmental aesthetic education, camp worthy and reasoned during the theoretical discussions proposals, and that about theater of the oppressed. Environmental education carries the difficulties and reductionisms imposed by a model of education archaic that limits the ways of life and hinders the creation and expansion of the spaces of subjectivity. In an attempt to overcome this condition we propose the environmental aesthetic education and substantiate it in the theory of basic phenomenological aesthetics, as a new way of human beings relate to the world we inhabit. The challenge of this education is provoke the rediscover of human beings with the dimensions sensitive, emotional, imagery and poetic, rather than an exclusive exacerbation of the rational dimension, occurrant perspective in the model that we face. In this search, the art is configured as an essential field, allowing the experience to wake these other dimensions of human beings. In the field of art, we chose the theater and, specifically, the theater of the oppressed, methodology theater created by Augusto Boal which has as its main objective the democratization of the theater, ie, the destruction of the wall parting between actors and spectators for the consideration of the theater as organic and biological activity of human beings. The election of the theater of oppressed was made because we found features in its activities that indicate approximations to the principles and objectives sought by the environmental aesthetic education. Thus, the propose of this work, is substantiate, from a theoretical research, the field of environmental aesthetic education by establishing its principles and then examine their possible connections with the principles of the theater of the oppressed.
