Resumo: ABSTRACT: Different dosages of the herbicyde bihedonal were tested in an irrigated rice plantation in a swamp area near FCAP, Belém, Pará, Brasil, aiming to verify the performance of this product as well as its more convenient concentra tion per hectare. The treataments studient were 1. 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6 liters of herbicyde per hectare. The treatment three liters per hectare exhibited the best results with the highest yield [2.186,6 Kg/ha], the best vegetative growth [57,5 cm) as well as it showed to be the raost efficient in controlling weeds, in spite of the statistical analysis whlch accused no slgnificant defference between treatments.

Estudou-se os seguintes tratamentos, 1, 2. 3, 4, 5 e 6 litros do herbicida por hectare.
