Resumo: 0 cowpea cultivation is booming in the state of Para, which stands as the largest producer in the North. With the aim of evaluating the growth of the nutritional limitations cowpea (Vigna unguiculata L. Walp.) Cultivars BR3-Tracuateua, Seven Pods and Vinagrinho experiment was conducted under conditions of en-vegetation, corn samples (0-20 cm) of Gleissolo floodplain of the river for collected in the floodplain area UFRA-Belem-PA. 0 experimental design was completely randomized, factorial corn 3 x 11 (11 treatments x 3 varieties), corn four replications. The treatments were: control (control soil); Complete (fertilized corn N, P, K, Mg, S, B, Zn + Cue lime); full-N; Full-P; Full-K; Full-S; Full-Ca (Mg + as carbonate); Full-Mg; Full-B; Cu-Zn-full and full. We used two plants per pot with a capacity of 3.5 kg of soil. The cultivars showed different soil fertility and treatment responses. The cultivar with the best performance was the BR3-Tracuateua, K being the most limiting nutrient for the production of grain, followed by P and Ca The total dry mass of pods cultivate Seven was more limited by K, while the grain production was more affected by Ca, P and K, and also that these nutrients more limited the total dry matter and grain production of cultivar Vinagrinho.

Universidade Federal Rural da Amazônia/UFRA2011-05-18info:eu-repo/semantics/articleinfo:eu-repo/semantics/publishedVersionapplication/pdfhttps://ajaes.ufra.edu.br/index.php/ajaes/article/view/213Amazonian Journal of Agricultural Sciences Journal of Agricultural and Environmental Sciences; Vol 49 No 1 (2008): RCA; 101 - 114Revista de Ciências Agrárias Amazonian Journal of Agricultural and Environmental Sciences; v. 49 n. 1 (2008): RCA; 101 - 1142177-87601517-591Xreponame:Revista de Ciências Agrárias (Belém.
