Resumo: The motive of this paper is taken from sub-item 52 of the work Justice as Fairness: A Restatement (2001) of John Rawls – “Addressing Marx’s Critique of Liberalism” –, more precisely about the objection that the author highlights of Karl Marx in regarding the “division of labor” under capitalism. Rawls believes that this “division” at least as it had been pointed out by Marx, would be “overcome” under the principles of justice. So by Kritik des Gothaer Programms and a famous Lettre to Marx (about Proudhon), we seek a confrontation with the considerations advanced by Rawls.

Rawls considera que tal “divisão”, pelo menos da maneira como foi apontada por Marx, seria “superada” no âmbito dos princípios de justiça.
