Perception of users about a service in the outpatient department of mental health

Resumo: Through the phenomenologic method, we carried out a direct investigation to people - users of the Regional Center of Specialties - department service of mental health in Cascavel City, Paraná State, and te following question was asked them: “What’s your opinion about our service?”, with the purpose of knowing their opinion about this sort of service. The study points out that the service centralizes the treatment in medical specifity, operating by the adjustment of medication to the expressiviness of the symptom presented by the user, without using a model of psychotherapy, with an interdisciplinary team.

The study points out that the service centralizes the treatment in medical specifity, operating by the adjustment of medication to the expressiviness of the symptom presented by the user, without using a model of psychotherapy, with an interdisciplinary team.Através del método fenomenologico, realizamos una investigación directa a los sujetos - usuarios del servicio ambulatorial de salud mental del Centro Regional de Especialidad, en la ciudad de Cascavel, Paraná - donde les fue dirigido la siguiente cuestión orientadora: “como es para usted lo servicio ambulatorial de salud mental del CRE?”, con la propuesta de comprender cual es la visión que los usuarios de lo ambulatorio de salud mental tiene del servicio. El estudio apunta que lo servicio centra lo tratamiento en la especificidade médica, actuando en lo ajuste de la medicación conforme lo síntoma presentado por lo usuario, no utilizando un modelo psicoterapíco, com un cuadro inter-disciplinar.Através do método fenomenológico, realizamos uma investigação direta aos sujeitos – usuários do serviço ambulatorial de saúde mental do Centro Regional de Especialidades, na cidade de Cascavel, Paraná – onde lhes foi dirigido a seguinte questão orientadora: “como é para você o serviço ambulatorial de saúde mental do CRE?”, com a proposta de compreender qual é a visão que os usuários do ambulatório de saúde mental têm desse tipo de serviço.
