Resumo: The goal of this reflexion is to discuss about the necessary nurse characteristics as group co-ordinater and analyse, in the New National Curriculum Guidings of the Nursing Graduation Course, aspects that are necessary in this specific knowledge. For this, we base on the specific literature about the subject and in the official document of MEC about the Curriculum Guidings. It was possible to identify many points where this knowledge seams necessary to the development of the nurse abilities and competences in the management of people, groups and teams, even so signalize some indicators to make stronger the professional formation in this direction.

It was possible to identify many points where this knowledge seams necessary to the development of the nurse abilities and competences in the management of people, groups and teams, even so signalize some indicators to make stronger the professional formation in this direction.El objetivo de esta reflexión es discutir las características necesarias al enfermero como coordinador de grupos y analizar, en las nuevas Líneas del Plan de Estudios Nacionales de la Graduación en enfermería, aspectos donde es necesario este conocimiento específico. Para esto, nosotros nos basamos en la literatura específica en el tema y en el documento oficial del Ministerio de Educación y Cultura acerca de las líneas del plan de estudios. Fue posible identificar algunos puntos donde este conocimiento parece imprescindible para el desarrollo de capacidades del enfermero en la administarción de personas, de grupos y de equipos y en la ayuda en enfermería, así como señalar algunos indicadores para fortificar la formación profesional en esta dirección.O objetivo desta reflexão é discutir as características necessárias ao enfermeiro como coordenador de grupos e analisar, nas Novas Diretrizes Curriculares do Curso de Graduação em Enfermagem, aspectos em que é necessário esse conhecimento específico. Para tanto, nos baseamos na literatura específica sobre o tema e no documento oficial do MEC sobre as Diretrizes Curriculares.
