Resumo: This study approaches an exploratory investigation that intended analyzing the application of theoretical bases that sustain the Situation Strategic Planning (SSP), for the development of the performance of the participative planning in the integrated curriculum of Nursing Course. The data were collected through semistructured interview with the students and professionals involved in the construction of a project that used the SSP referential in the hospital unit. The analysis of the interviews data was done by utilizing the technique of content analysis in the thematic mode. The findings indicated the limitations and breakthroughs in the performance development of the participative planning in an integrated curriculum

Los datos fueron recogidos a través de entrevista semi-estructurada con los estudiantes y los profesionales implicados en la construcción de un proyecto que utilizó el referencial del PES en la unidad hospitalaria. El análisis de los datos de las entrevistas fue realizado utilizandose la técnica de análisis del contenido, en la modalidad temática. Los resultados indicaron las limitaciones y avances en el desarrollo del desempeño del planeamiento participativo en un currículo integrado.O presente trabalho trata de um estudo exploratório que buscou analisar a aplicação das bases teóricas de sustentação do Planejamento Estratégico Situacional (PES) para o desenvolvimento do desempenho do planejamento participativo no currículo integrado do Curso de Enfermagem. Os dados foram coletados através de entrevista semi-estruturada com estudantes e profissionais envolvidos na construção de um projeto que utilizou o referencial do PES na unidade hospitalar. A análise dos dados das entrevistas foi realizada pela aplicação da técnica de análise de conteúdo, na modalidade temática.
