Resumo: | This article deals with the process of documenting a theatrical performance and, more specifically, with the mode of writing/visuality represented by the records of the creative process. Thus, it studies the basis and form of the notes used by directors and groups during the prepara- tion of a staging. It addresses mainly the following themes: general and specific technical records; staging as text to be read; content and precision of the records of staging; and, records of staging in the Arab culture. |

Nous nous intéressons, dans cette communication, à la notation de la mise en scène théâtrale et, plus particulièrement, à son mode scriptural/pictural représenté par le cahier de mise en scène. Ainsi, nous étudions le fond et la forme de ce que le metteur en scène et son équipe notent lors de la préparation de la représentation. Nous abordons essentiellement les thèmes suivants: la conduite générale et les conduites particulières; la mise en scène comme texte à lire; le contenu et la précision des cahiers de mise en scène et les cahiers de mise en scène dans la culture arabe.Este artigo se interessa pelo registro da encenação teatral e, mais particularmente, pelo modo de escritura/visualidade representado pelos registros do processo de criação. Assim, estuda-se a base e a forma das anotações utilizadas por diretores e equipes durante o processo de preparação da encenação.
