Resumo: | Somatic Education is understood as an interdisciplinary field that is concerned with the awareness of the body and its motion and proposes a personal discovery of their own movements, their own feelings. This article aims to propose a reflection through notes on the concept of Somatic Education and Soma Body, highlighting two approaches to somatic practices which are incorporated to the current practices theme into vogue as possible ways to think about the field study in dance. It is based on a phenomenological approach guided by the studies of Merleau-Ponty (1999), using the Merleau-pontyan description as the research technique. |

It is based on a phenomenological approach guided by the studies of Merleau-Ponty (1999), using the Merleau-pontyan description as the research technique. L’éducation somatique est comprise comme un domaine interdisciplinaire qui porte sur la prise de conscience du corps et de son mouvement, proposant une découverte personnelle de ses propres mouvements, de ses propres sensations. Cet article vise une réflexion à travers quelques notes sur le concept d’éducation somatique, de Soma et de corps, ainsi qu’à mettre en évidence deux approches somatiques incorporées dans les pratiques du sujet en question comme les moyens possibles pour penser ce champ d’étude en danse. L’article part d’une approche phénoménologique fondée sur les études de Merleau-Ponty (1999), en prenant comme technique de recherche la description merleau-pontienne. Entende-se a Educação Somática como um campo interdisciplinar que se interessa pela consciência do corpo e seu movimento e que se propõe a uma descoberta pessoal de seus próprios movimentos, de suas próprias sensações. O presente artigo objetiva propor uma reflexão por meio de notas sobre o conceito de Educação Somática, Soma e Corpo, bem como destacar duas abordagens somáticas que são incorporadas nas práticas da temática em voga como caminhos possíveis para pensar o campo em estudo na dança. Parte de uma abordagem fenomenológica pautada nos estudos de Merleau-Ponty (1999), tomando como técnica de pesquisa a descrição merleaupontyana.
