Resumo: This study aimed to identify questionnaire models for evaluating mobile applications in the health area. This is a systematic literature review, in which the search was carried out in July 2021, in the PubMed, ScienceDirect, Scopus, Scielo, and Web of Science databases. The following descriptors were used: mobile, mhealth, evaluation, questionnaire, guide, evaluating, validation, and evaluation, with adaptations being required to meet the specificities of the databases.  Were identified 1786 studies and after applying the selection criteria, 37 publications reached the quality level for inclusion and inclusion. The reviewed articles present the relevant questions for users about the applications. This study is recommended for auxiliary research studies, increasing the quality of mobile applications in healthcare.

Se trata de una revisión bibliográfica sistemática, en la que la búsqueda se realizó en julio de 2021, en las bases de datos PubMed, ScienceDirect, Scopus, Scielo y Web of Science. Se utilizaron los siguientes descriptores: “móvil”, “mhealth”, “evaluación”, “cuestionario”, “guía”, “valoración”, y “validación”, siendo necesarias adaptaciones para cumplir con las especificidades de las bases de datos. Se identificaron 1786 estudios y luego de aplicar los criterios de selección, 37 publicaciones alcanzaron el nivel de calidad para su inclusión y síntesis. Los artículos revisados presentan preguntas significativas para los usuarios sobre las aplicaciones revisadas.Este estudo teve como objetivo identificar modelos de questionários para avaliação de aplicativos móveis na área da saúde. Trata-se de uma Revisão sistemática da literatura, em que a busca foi realizada em julho de 2021, nas bases de dados PubMed, ScienceDirect, Scopus, Scielo e Web of Science. Foram utilizados os descritores: “mobile”, “mhealth”, “evaluation”, “questionnaire”, “guide”, “assessing”, “validation” e “assessment”, sendo necessárias adaptações para atender as especificidades das bases. Foram identificados 1786 estudos e após aplicar os critérios de seleção, 37 publicações alcançaram o nível de qualidade para inclusão e síntese. Os artigos revisados apresentam perguntas significativas para os usuários, sobre os aplicativos avaliados.
