Resumo: The search for the survival and/or growth in the highly competitive environment and worldwide, has demanded that organizations identify, implement and support their advantage competitive. This necessity is the same concept that is used in human resources to allocated according the specializations within the organizations. For the accounting professional’s area it is, day-by-day, the basic importance that they are lined up to the worldwide. As such, it is essential to cascade movements in order to stimulate changes trough the acquisition/recycling of inductive knowledge of improvement in its abilities and/or qualifications.

Para os profissionais da área de contabilidade é, cada vez mais, de fundamental importância, que eles estejam alinhados ao contexto mundial, de forma a identificar os diferenciais que caracterizarão suas vantagens competitivas.
