Resumo: Recorded interview by Francisco Luís dos Santos Ferraz given to Helgio Trindade, in November 2005, lasting 4 hours, authorized and incorporated into the author's collection for the book Social Sciences in Brazil from a Latin American perspective, currently in preparation, with Grant Senior at CNPq. The excerpt from the interview extracted was selected because it dealt with a topic related to the author's article-statement, and I requested authorization from the Prof.'s son. Ferraz, who, after reading, authorized its publication for Revista Debate/UFRGS. Authorization was given via WhatsApp on November 19, 2023, as follows: “Dear Professor Helgio: I read the excerpt of the interview you did with my father and I do not oppose its publication. André Ferraz”

Se seleccionó el extracto de la entrevista extraído porque trataba un tema relacionado con el artículo-enunciado del autor, y solicité autorización al hijo del Prof. Ferraz, quien luego de leerlo autorizó su publicación para Revista Debate/UFRGS. La autorización fue otorgada vía WhatsApp el 19 de noviembre de 2023, de la siguiente manera: “Estimado profesor Helgio: Leí el extracto de la entrevista que usted le hizo a mi padre y no me opongo a su publicación. André Ferraz”Entrevista gravada de Francisco Luís dos Santos Ferraz concedida a Helgio Trindade, em novembro de 2005, com duração de 4 horas, autorizada e incorporada ao acervo do autor para o livro Ciências Sociais no Brasil em perspectiva latino-americana, atualmente em elaboração, com Bolsa Sênior do CNPq. O trecho da entrevista extraído foi selecionado por tratar de temática relacionada ao artigo-depoimento do autor, e solicitei autorização do filho do Prof. Ferraz, que, após leitura, autorizou sua publicação para a Revista Debate/UFRGS.
