Resumo: Este Trabalho de Conclusão demonstra como o álbum Aqua, do grupo de heavy metal Angra, vem a ser uma apropriação da peça Shakespeariana The Tempest. Por meio da teoria da Literatura Comparada, analiso as inter-relações existentes entre ambos, utilizando os conceitos de intertextualidade e interdisciplinaridade, para tratar da ligação literatura e música, heavy metal e literatura, e Aqua e The Tempest.
