Resumo: One of the main aspects regarding Mexican's Revolution History, is the agricultural issue and its participation in the revolutionary movement of groups such as the Zapatistas and the Villistas. The agricultural issue was definied during Venustiano Carranza’s government as an important element for the organization of a new Mexican state and nation, as part of the Constitution of 1917, present in article n.27. Andrés Molina Enríquez is one of the main intellectuals on this issue and argues about its importance in his work Los grandes problemas nacionales (1909).

A questão agrária que foi reconhecida pelo governo de Venustiano Carranza como um elemento importante para a organização de um novo Estado e de uma nova nação mexicana por meio do artigo 27 da Constituição de 1917.
