As demonstrated in today's globalized world, violence against women is a scourge which involves all mankind and, day by day, costs someone’s life. The purpose of this work is to rebuild a Latin American network of women who, through flash fiction, seeks to contribute to raise awareness about gender-based violence. This social and supportive network extends to several countries in the Southern Cone through a publishing endeavor. The selected corpus involves Latin American women writers from Argentina, Chile, and Brazil who denounce gender-based violence through a specific literary form, a modern and relatively new literary form called flash fiction. The purposes of this work include: a) implement the analytical support of networks and constellations to treat a specific literary phenomenon; (b) identify the repertoire of recurring themes in the literary texts of those three countries, and the rhetorical forms used to express it. In some cases, a multidisciplinary dialogue will be required to obtain a deeper analysis of a topic that involves sociology, history, law, and psychology. Literary criticism is not proposing the reading of the belles lettres anymore; instead it assumes the form of commitment to the Latin American reality.
