Intellectual nets as mechanisms that allow the constitution of literary theory and literacy criticism

Resumo: The article reflects about intellectual nets as mechanisms that allow the constitution of literary theory and literacy criticism, it takes the notion of net as one in which academics are intertwined in an important circulation of ideas. Meetings and academic reunions -congress, journeys, seminars, colloquies and symposiums-are spaces where it is permitted to know new concepts, to inform about new work methods, to exchange researching experiences, establishing an active net of intellectuals that promote and consolidate knowledge about a specific topic. The report indicates that the nets connected with literary studies are part of a historically articulated system of ideas, because of the “interesting links this logics have in forming collective imagination within the culture” as states Maíz.
