EDUCATIONAL TECHNOLOGIES FOR NURSING CONSULTATION: AN INTEGRATIVE REVIEW

Resumo: This study aimed to know the national and international scientific production on the educational technologies used for the Nurse’s Consultation in Primary Health Care (PHP). Its methodology was an integrative review, in the Virtual Health Library, Theses and Dissertations Catalog of the Portal for the Coordination of Improvement of Higher Education Personnel, PubMed and SciELO. It included studies published between 2002 and 2019, in English, Spanish and Portuguese. From the search, seven articles and 19 dissertations emerged that present educational technologies such as: educational materials, protocols, courses, applications, booklets, videos and a nursing consultation guide. The application of technologies, in all studies, was developed in the Family Health Strategy. As for the public, to which the technologies were intended, they were patients with chronic diseases, newborns, children, young people, pregnant and postpartum women, and a study with technology development aimed at health professionals. The studies demonstrate the challenges related to the development of Educational Technologies, especially with regard to the target audience. The technologies proved to be practical, efficient and adaptable to the Nurse’s Consultation. They reside in the daily care, helping at all times of the nurse’s clinical care in PHC and point to the concern of researchers in the adoption of theoretical and conceptual models that support the Nurse’s Consultation.

They reside in the daily care, helping at all times of the nurse’s clinical care in PHC and point to the concern of researchers in the adoption of theoretical and conceptual models that support the Nurse’s Consultation. Este estudo teve por objetivo conhecer a produção científica nacional e internacional sobre as tecnologias educacionais utilizadas para a Consulta do Enfermeiro na Atenção Primária à Saúde (APS).  Como metodologia, utilizou a revisão integrativa  nas bases de dados Biblioteca Virtual em Saúde, Catálogo de Teses e Dissertações do Portal de Coordenação de Aperfeiçoamento de Pessoal de Nível Superior, PubMed e SciELO. Incluiu estudos publicados entre 2002 e 2019, em inglês, espanhol e português. Da busca emergiram sete artigos e 19 dissertações que apresentam tecnologias educacionais do tipo: materiais educativos, protocolos, cursos, aplicativos, cartilhas, vídeos e roteiro de consulta de enfermagem. A aplicação das tecnologias, em todos os estudos, se desenvolveu na Estratégia Saúde da Família. Quanto ao público para o qual as tecnologias destinaram-se, foram pacientes com doenças crônicas, recém-nascidos, crianças, jovens, gestantes e puérperas, e um estudo com desenvolvimento de tecnologia destinada aos profissionais da saúde. Os estudos demonstram desafios relacionados ao desenvolvimento de tecnologias educacionais, sobretudo, quanto ao público a que se destinam. As tecnologias se mostraram práticas, eficientes e adaptáveis à Consulta do Enfermeiro.
