FORMATIVE ASSESSMENT EXPERIENCE IN A MULTIPROFESSIONAL HEALTH RESIDENCY PROGRAM

Resumo: Introduction: The Multiprofessional Residency in Health was regulated through L aw no 11,129, being a lato sensu postgraduate modality, interdisciplinary in nature and organized in areas of knowledge concentration. Residency programs in the health area aim to promote the training of professionals based on the principles and guidelines of the Unified Health System, based on care practices guided by the needs of people-families-community and local-regionalrealities. Objective: To present the experience of an activity with formative assessment carried out by the local preceptor with resident professionals from a multi-professional residency program. Experience report: The application of formative assessment was carried outby a Nursing preceptor with first-year residents of a multidisciplinary health residency, at a public hospital in the northern region of Brazil. The activity had the participation of six residents and four preceptors, with a workload of four hours. The activity was divided intofour moments. A reflective portfolio was used with experiences from the module carried out in the first months of residency, a conversation was held with the actors and a dynamic was held to support subsequent integration. Residents actively participated in the evaluation process, expressing their reflections and self-evaluations. Conclusion: Formative assessment can contribute to the dynamics of assessment during the residency period, as it brings the relationship between the preceptor and the resident professional closer, helping to diagnose the learning situation. It is concluded that the use of formative assessment helps in the training of active and critical residents.

Los programas de residencia en el área de salud buscan la formación de profesionales basados en los principios y lineamientos del Sistema Único de Salud, basados en prácticas de atención orientadas a las personas-familias-comunidad y las realidades locales-regionales. Objetivo: Presentar la experiencia de una actividad con evaluación formativa realizada por el preceptor local con profesionales residentes de un programa de residencia multiprofesional. Relato de experiencia: La aplicación de la evaluación formativa fue realizada por una preceptora de Enfermería con residentes de primer año de una residencia multidisciplinaria de salud, en un hospital público de la región norte de Brasil. La actividad contó con la participación de seis residentes y cuatro preceptores, con una carga horaria de cuatro horas. La actividad se dividió en cuatro momentos. Se utilizó un portafolio reflexivo con experiencias del módulo realizado en los primeros meses de residencia, se realizó un conversatorio con los actores y una dinámica para apoyar la posterior integración. Los residentes participaron activamente en el proceso de evaluación, expresando sus reflexiones y autoevaluaciones. Conclusión: La evaluación formativa puede contribuir a ladinámica de la evaluación durante el período de residencia, ya que acerca la relación entre el preceptor y el profesional residente, ayudando a diagnosticar la situación de su aprendizaje. Se concluye que el uso de la evaluación formativa ayuda en la formación de residentes activos y críticos.Introdução: A Residência Multiprofissional em Saúde foi regulamentada por meio da Lei no 11.129, sendo uma modalidade de pós-graduação lato sensu, de caráter interdisciplinar e organizada em áreas de concentração de conhecimentos. Os programas de residência na área de saúde visam favorecer a formação de profissionais com base nos princípios e diretrizes do Sistema Único de Saúde, a partir de práticas de atenção orientadas pelas necessidades das pessoas-famíliascomunidade e realidades loco-regionais. Objetivo: Apresentar a experiência de uma atividade com avaliação formativa executada pela preceptora local com profissionais residentes de um programa de residência multiprofissional. Relato da experiência: A aplicação de avaliação formativa foi realizada por uma preceptora da área de Enfermagem com os residentes do primeiro ano de uma residência multiprofissional de saúde, de um hospital público da região norte do Brasil. A atividade teve a participação de seis residentes e quatro preceptores, com carga horária de quatro horas e dividida em quatro momentos. Foi utilizado um portfólio reflexivo com experiências do módulo executado nos primeiros meses da residência, além de roda de conversa com os participantes e uma dinâmica para embasar uma integração posterior. Os residentes participaram ativamente do processo avaliativo, expondo suas reflexões e autoavaliações. Conclusão: A avaliação formativa pode contribuir nas dinâmicas de avaliação durante o período da residência, pois aproxima o preceptor e o profissional residente, auxiliando no diagnóstico da situação sobre sua aprendizagem.
