Resumo: | In this paper we propose to describe the disenchantment of tobacco growers from the Vale do Rio Pardo, Brazil. For this we analyze the relationship between organizations and individuals from the perspective of Weberian thought, based mainly on the concepts of rationalization and domination. We understand that the act of "obey" confronting different rationalities does not happen primarily due to the order that people believe to be legitimate, but they believe it is inevitable. Analyses were performed according to comprehensive sociology of Max Weber (1998) in a qualitative way using an analysis of discussions among small groups (Gamson, 2011) and in-depth interviews with farmers. We found out that the tobacco growers establish a resistant behavior towards the institutional changes. |

Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Sul2015-12-17info:eu-repo/semantics/articleinfo:eu-repo/semantics/publishedVersionPesquisa empírica; Entrevistaapplication/pdfhttps://seer.ufrgs.br/index.php/intexto/article/view/5850210.19132/1807-8583201534.342-361Intexto; Edição especial 20 anos do PPGCOM UFRGS, n. 34, set./dez. 2015.; 342-361Intexto; Edição especial 20 anos do PPGCOM UFRGS, n. 34, set./dez. 2015.; 342-361Intexto; Edição especial 20 anos do PPGCOM UFRGS, n. 34, set./dez. 2015.; 342-361Intexto; Edição especial 20 anos do PPGCOM UFRGS, n. 34, set./dez. 2015.; 342-361Intexto; Edição especial 20 anos do PPGCOM UFRGS, n. 34, set./dez. 2015.; 342-3611807-8583reponame:Intexto (Porto Alegre)instname:Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Sul (UFRGS)instacron:UFRGSporhttps://seer.ufrgs.br/index.php/intexto/article/view/58502/35715Copyright (c) 2015 Carlise Schneider Rudnickihttps://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc/4.0info:eu-repo/semantics/openAccessRudnicki, Carlise Schneider2023-11-24T14:52:27Zoai:seer.ufrgs.br:article/58502Revistahttp://seer.ufrgs.br/intextoONGhttp://seer.ufrgs.br/intexto/oai||intexto@ufrgs.br1807-85831807-8583opendoar:2023-11-24T14:52:27Intexto (Porto Alegre) - Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Sul (UFRGS)false |
