Resumo: Since its start, radio is an interactive medium. Mainly because its proximity with the audience and the ability of social intervention created by the immediacy and the community character of the journalistic approach. Today, this features are passing through a process of adaptation caused by the convergence process and the emergence of a new listener profile and popularity of social networking sites. This paper analyzes interactivity in six news broadcast radio stations of Porto Alegre from a study of its presence on social networking sites.

Esa característica pasa por un proceso de adaptación, provocado por la convergencia, el surgimiento de un nuevo perfil de oyente y la popularización de las redes sociales en Internet. En ese artículo, analizamos la interactividad en seis emisoras informativas de Porto Alegre a través de un estudio de su presencia en sitios de redes sociales.A proximidade do rádio com o público ouvinte, a capacidade de intervenção social possibilitada pela instantaneidade e o caráter comunitário da abordagem jornalística fizeram deste meio de comunicação, desde o seu princípio, um veículo interativo. Esta característica passa hoje por um processo de adaptação, provocado pelo processo de convergência, pelo surgimento de um novo perfil de ouvinte e pela popularização das redes sociais na Internet.
