Resumo: This article aims to highlight the importance of analyzing collaborative ties in the world of work through the prism of the binomial Communication and Work, from an ergological perspective and by the concept of "collective entities relatively relevant". The theoretical discussion will be tensioned with an empirical research with freelance journalists in the city of São Paulo, presenting aspects of manifestation of these ties under the communication relationships.

La discusión teórica será tensionada con una investigación empírica realizada con los periodistas freelancers de la ciudad de São Paulo, presentando matices de la manifestación de estos vínculos dentro de las relaciones de comunicación.O presente artigo pretende frisar a importância da análise dos laços colaborativos no mundo do trabalho pelo prisma do binômio Comunicação e Trabalho, com base em uma perspectiva ergológica e no conceito de "entidades coletivas relativamente pertinentes".
