Resumo: Addresses the identification process and performance of libraries considering the context of class struggle and the positioning of librarianship in relation to these two factors. As a condition of this work is problematical, the following questions: how the library has worked in their political, social, educational, cultural, educational and administrative? As the Library has been positioned on the performance of libraries and the conflict of class struggle? Analyzes the library on their own terms functional and institutional, its divisions in public and private, the procedure to identify and characterize a library effectively. Evaluates the behavior of the library regarding the class struggle, showing that the library has served as an ideological state apparatus (IEA) by reproducing information from the dominant ideology relegating the majority of the population to a lower plane. It also analyzes the positioning of librarianship Brazilian considering his three main exponents: the upper-level course, the professional classes and the organs of considering the possibility of extension projections of academic, political mobilization of the organs of class, to stimulate the professional develop a social activity based on the process of attracting non-users and put them in the library space by streamlining the collection with diverse activities that are beyond the use only of the book.

Como condición de este trabajo es problemática, las siguientes preguntas: ¿cómo la biblioteca se ha trabajado en su desarrollo político, social, educativo, cultural, educativo y administrativo? En la Biblioteca se ha posicionado en el rendimiento de las bibliotecas y el conflicto de la lucha de clases? Analiza la biblioteca en sus propios términos funcionales e institucionales, sus divisiones en público y privado, el procedimiento para identificar y caracterizar una biblioteca con eficacia. Evalúa el comportamiento de la biblioteca en relación con la lucha de clases, demostrando que la biblioteca ha servido como un aparato ideológico del Estado (AIE) mediante la reproducción de información de la ideología dominante relegando a la mayoría de la población a un plano inferior. Se analiza también el posicionamiento de la biblioteconomía brasileña considerando sus tres principales exponentes: el curso de nivel superior, las clases profesionales y los órganos de considerar la posibilidad de proyecciones de la extensión de la movilización de académicos, políticos de los órganos de clase, para estimular el profesional desarrollar una actividad social basada en el proceso de atraer a los no usuarios y los puso en el espacio de la biblioteca mediante la racionalización de la colección con diversas actividades que van más allá de la simple acción sobre el libro.Aborda o processo de identificação e atuação das bibliotecas considerando o contexto da luta de classes e o posicionamento da Biblioteconomia com relação a estes dois fatores. Como condição problematizadora do presente trabalho tem-se as seguintes perguntas: como a biblioteca tem atuado em seu contexto político, social, educativo, cultural, pedagógico e administrativo? Como a Biblioteconomia tem se posicionado diante da atuação das bibliotecas e do conflito da luta de classes? Analisa a biblioteca estabelecendo suas condições funcionais e institucionais, suas divisões em público e privada, o procedimento de como identificar e caracterizar efetivamente uma biblioteca. Avalia o comportamento da biblioteca no que se refere a luta de classes, mostrando que a biblioteca tem servido como um aparelho ideológico do Estado (AIE) reproduzindo informações da ideologia dominante relegando a maioria da população a um plano inferior.
