Resumo: This study aims to identify the scientific literature evidences of research carried out on normality at work, using psychodynamics of work as theoretical support. An integrative literature review was carried out, by searching for productions available in the electronic databases in the areas of psychology and health, in Brazil, during the period of 2010-2019. The sample consists of 314 studies, including theses, dissertations and articles. The results demonstrate that no studies were found that deal exclusively with the concept of normality in psychodynamics of work. It was evidenced the low frequency of the use of the term normality, indicating that this concept is not approached in isolation, and may be linked to others in the psychodynamics of work, such as suffering at work, defense strategies and recognition. The importance of further studies on the topic is emphasized, suggesting expanded searches, including international research, for comparison purposes.

Se realizó una revisión integradora de la literatura, utilizando las publicaciones disponibles en las bases de datos electrónicas de psicología y salud, en Brasil, durante el período 2010-2019. La muestra estuvo formada por 314 estudios, entre tesis, disertaciones y artículos. Los resultados demuestran que no se encontraron estudios que aborden exclusivamente la normalidad en psicodinámica del trabajo. Se evidenció la baja frecuencia del uso del término normalidad, indicando que este concepto no se aborda de forma aislada, pudiendo estar vinculado a otros conceptos de la psicodinámica del trabajo, como sufrimiento en el trabajo, estrategias de defensa y reconocimiento. Se enfatiza la importancia de profundizar en los estudios sobre el tema, sugiriendo búsquedas ampliadas, incluyendo investigaciones internacionales, con fines de comparación.Objetiva este estudo identificar na literatura científica evidências de pesquisas realizadas sobre normalidade no trabalho, utilizando como aporte teórico a psicodinâmica do trabalho. Foi realizada uma revisão integrativa da literatura, utilizando publicações disponíveis nas bases de dados eletrônicas de psicologia e de saúde, no Brasil, durante o período de 2009-2018. A amostra foi composta por 314 estudos, dentre teses, dissertações e artigos. Os resultados demonstram que não foram encontrados estudos que abordem exclusivamente a normalidade em psicodinâmica do trabalho. Evidenciou-se, a baixa frequência do uso do termo normalidade, indicando que esse conceito não é abordado isoladamente, podendo estar vinculado a outros da psicodinâmica do trabalho, como sofrimento no trabalho, estratégias de defesa e reconhecimento.
