Resumo: The Brazilian democracy experiences a political crisis caused mainly by the distortion of the electoral process, the result of illegal and undemocratic practices. The Law nº 13.165/2015 appears as an instrument that aims, among other things, to reduce the costs of electoral campaigns, and from there on, the implementation of a more just, moralized and transparent political process, aimed at strengthening the democratic regime.
