Resumo: The present work consists of a preliminary design of a Circus School with space for circus presentations and other cultural aspects. The aim of the research was to understand how circus / school evolution occurred from the earliest records to the present day, as well as to study the concepts of the deconstructivist architecture of the architect Zaha Hadid, analyzing some of her works in relation to their operation and use of materials. For this purpose, research was done in specialized bibliography and both indirect and direct reference studies based on visits to the local circus school, in addition to the use of parameterization in specialized software to achieve the desired form. The final project is an architecture with an aesthetic and artistic appeal that, like circus art, stimulates the users' imagination and learning, revealing their contemporaneity through the use of a curvilinear structure covering supported by a wood and a metal frame, which involves all the areas proposed in the architectural program and reflects the history of this ancient art.

Teve como objetivos de pesquisa entender como se deu a evolução espacial do circo/escola desde os primeiros registros até os dias atuais, bem como estudar conceitos da arquitetura desconstrutivista da arquiteta Zaha Hadid, analisando algumas de suas obras quanto ao seu funcionamento e emprego de materiais. Para isso foram feitas pesquisas em bibliografia especializada e estudos de referência indiretos e diretos com base em visita à escola de circo local, além do uso da parametrização em softwares especializados para se alcançar a forma desejada.
