Our educational reality has undergone many changes, according to the reality of which we are part. Within the context we face today, it is something that deserves our part as educators a critical and reflective look, seeking ways to refer us to a pedagogical practice that has enthusiasm and dynamism. We are aware that steps need to be taken to reverse the discouraging repetitions frame from the learning disability marked with a persistence that passes for years. In this sense this study aims to reflect about some of the causes to which is assigned this reality and contribute referrals to direct the teaching action as a practice for the sake of learning that is pleasurable and liberating. How about learning to be something that takes the learner to understand the world of which it is part. In this perspective it is organized this work on topics which we intend to discuss critically and reflectively issues relevant to the high failure rate still is in our schools launching hands of studies, documents and bibliographies on the topic that will richly base the discussion on the proposed theme, expanding the knowledge we have about it and turning the point of view of where or how the problem arose, turning to look more consciously the importance of collective work in search of an educational reality with more quality, professionalism, respect, awareness and responsibility.
