When remetermos in the teaching profession, we are also issuing in the pedagogical practice. Ie transmit, actions, methods. That exercised by the teacher in the classroom, thus becoming inseparable from the educational process. This work aimed to analyze the pedagogical practice of two teachers, with the empirically based analysis Municipal School Hermann Gmeiner, located in the city of Caico - RN. To analyze the pedagogical practices have full meaning, in view of the importance of education in everyday life, and as somewhat conclusive with regard to the learning process. Methodologically the research consisted of literature with authors who discuss about the topic. It was also carried out documentary research, in locus visits and questionnaires. The practices are geared to the needs of the students present, focusing on their daily lives, and based on the need that there predominates. The students are seen as the center of the teaching process, demystifying the idea of these as mere recipients. Through the activities carried out in the classroom, the teachers deal with the difficulties experienced daily.
