Resumo: | This work has as main theme check out if the plan for jobs and wages is a motivating factor: a study of the public servants in support of the Currais Novos Municipal Government . It contributes to the improvement and personal understanding of the career plan, bringing alternatives and information so that the manager may use they to decision-making. The municipal civil servants aims to be professionally valued and thus they have prospects for professional growth. This study has the theme of opportunity handle on appreciation and satisfaction of employees in public departments such as the case of the Currais Novos City. This research project aims to examine the concerns of all employees of Currais Novos with respect to the wage instability . The lack of implementation of the career plan for the prefecture of support staff, because the servers aims to be professionally valued and they have prospects for professional growth. In this work, a methodology on the study of the plan of positions and salaries and employee motivation was applied, so that they can collect data through questionnaires with 37 employees of a target audience of 379 officials Administrative Agent and support (General Assistent, Cook and Guard) composed of all departments of the municipality, applied randomly, only to statutory and gazetted. With intention to report describe perceptions, expectations and suggestions stabilished by employees (target audience) about the level of understanding of the career path in the public sector. The research was done because of the claim of the employees, because they are unmotivated in relation to its earnings. The employee satisfaction is important because a motivated and satisfied employees increase their productivity, they are more loyal to the organization, have a greater involvement with the company, and make their daily tasks more involvement and responsibility. |

Visando contribuir para a melhoria e entendimento pessoal sobre o Plano de carreira, gerando alternativas e informações para que o gestor possa utilizar como tomada de decisão. Os servidores públicos municipais almeja serem valorizados profissionalmente e com isso terem perspectivas de crescimento profissional. Este estudo tem a oportunidade do tema tratar sobre valorização e satisfação de funcionários em órgãos públicos, como o caso da Prefeitura Municipal de Currais Novos/RN. O presente projeto de estudo tem como objetivo examinar a preocupação de todos os funcionários da prefeitura de Currais Novos/RN com relação ao desequilíbrio salarial. A falta de execução do plano de carreira para os funcionários de apoio da prefeitura, porque os servidores almeja serem valorizados profissionalmente e ter perspectivas de crescimento profissional. Neste trabalho, foi aplicada uma metodologia sobre o estudo do Plano de cargos e salários e a motivação dos funcionários, para que se possam coletar os dados por meio de questionários com 37 funcionários de um publico alvo de 379 funcionários Agente Administrativo e apoio (ASG, merendeira e Vigia) compostos de todas as secretarias do município, sendo aplicado aleatoriamente, somente para os concursados e estatutários. Com o intuito de descrever percepções, expectativas e sugestões impostas pelos colaboradores (público-alvo) acerca do nível de entendimento sobre o plano de carreira no setor público. A pesquisa foi feita por causa da reivindicação dos funcionários, pois estão desmotivados em relação ao seu salário.
