The study aims to present a suggestion of Traffic Project which promote solutions in a way not so costly for the transit problems in the studied area formed by the quadrilateral: Roberto Freire Avenue, Ponta Negra’s coast, Dinarte Mariz Avenue and Claudio Gomes Teixeira Street, in the neighborhood from Ponta Negra in Natal-RN. At first was made a complete study about this zone, trying understanding the way the streets are conformed on the surface and the manner the drivers are using the ways, through topographic land surveys, land use and occupation surveys and on-site observations, in order to characterize the problem as a whole. Looking for to solve the adversities concerned a Binary System Project was proposed due its power to order the vehicles, becoming the traffic such more organized and freer than before through the implantation of traffic plates and road markings. Moreover at this study there is a proposal about the regulation of parking areas on the streets, making possible the decentralization of the problem-points and consequently the gains in useful areas which allow the transit be freer as well.
