Resumo: This project aims to create a service to integrate immigrants in the city of Natal. Therefore, the concepts of immigration, interaction design and design for experience were studied to have a better understanding of the subject. The methodology for the project includes ethnographic methods and the concept of ethnomethodology. Design thinking was also used as a foundation to adapt the service blueprint tool, the creation of personas and in the development of the customer journey map experience. The analysis of the collected data allowed for the consideration of immigrants’ and natives’ needs, resulting in the proposed service.

Para isso, os fundamentos teóricos acerca do processo imigratório foram estudados, bem como autores que abordam design de interação e design para experiência. A metodologia do projeto foi desenvolvida para acomodar o método etnográfico e conceitos da etnometodologia. O design thinking também foi incoporado ao processo, servindo de embasamento para adaptação da ferramenta de blueprint de serviços, a criação de personas e no desenvolvimento do mapa de jornada do usuário.
