Avaliação da estocagem do diesel após Adição de biodiesel em variadas concentrações e obtenção das propriedades físico-químicas

The decrease of oil reserves and the consequent rise in its price, triggered the search for new sources of energy, in order to minimize dependence on these fossil fuels and encourage the use of renewable fuels. Biodiesel obtained from various raw materials, has been highlighted as a source of fuel, with a large energy capacity, which when mixed with diesel, assist in the reduction of oil consumption. In this work, we evaluated the effects of adding different biodiesel concentrations % (v/v), 7, 10, 15 and 20, in the physicochemical properties of the diesel A. The results of these blends with biodiesel indicated that samples diesel B7, B10, B15 and B20 were within the quality standards established by the ANP (National Agency of Petroleum, Natural Gas and Biofuels) for mixing with 7% biodiesel. In addition, the storage was performed three types of mixtures, called diesel S500, B0 - without biodiesel, B7 and B10 - biodiesel, trying to monitor changes in physical-chemical properties of the diesel during 60 days of storage. The results for the monitoring of physical-chemical properties of stored mixtures found that these were virtually constant, with minor variations, but remained within the specifications required by ANP.
