The field of study of this work is the segment of industrial sewing factions within the Rio Grande do Norte. The goal is to meet the challenges faced by entrepreneurs faccionistas Seridó garment polo in seeking to remain in the market and its prospects for the future of the industry. Therefore, book, digital and print research was used, and also the search field by applying a qualitative questionnaire prepared by the researcher and used as the basis of interviews with faccionistas, the research subjects. The theoretical foundation approached factors intrinsic to the researched sector, especially outsourcing, entrepreneurship and the clothing manufacturer sector as a whole. Finally, the results obtained by analysis revealed that the biggest challenge facing consulted entrepreneurs is the irregular supply of raw materials, understand this as the parts are assembled by factions, which endangers the survival of the factions. It was also found that to work around this supply problem faccionistas some respondents are opening their own brand, while others alternatively faccionam for varied customers, strategy called customer mix.
