Resumo: | A rapid automation of labor and its consequences have required organizations change of attitude to face the new scenario. The organizational survival requires greater human resources development and the search for alternatives ways of promoting a balanced organizational environment more productive and competitive. Among the alternatives, we highlight the strategic use of compensation practices and the adoption of existing organizational environment that promotes greater motivation and work. The objective of this study is to collect data that enables identifying the use of compensation strategies at the Court of Roraima and the perception of 'managers' as the efficient implementation of these strategies, and analyze the preference of the public in relation to theories of motivation. Therefore, we carried out a case study using a structured questionnaire scales in multi-item Likert. The sample represents 63.48% of the group studied. Where to 49.31% of the managers compensation strategies are not perceived or are inefficient and 71.23% say there is no parameter measurement results. The preference is for the Theory of Fairness, however other policies that integrate theoretical postulates have greater acceptance and probably more efficient. |

A amostra representa 63,48% do universo pesquisado.
