The construction of the BNCC in History Teaching in the Early Years: the counterattack on the right to education

Resumo: The objective of the article is to discuss the advancement of the orthodox neoliberal bloc (Boito Jr, 2018) and neoconservatism in Brazilian educational policies, starting in 2016. The work aims to problematize the construction of the BNCC for elementary education and the clashes and disputes in the preparation from BNCC for teaching History. Finally, the text seeks to identify the neoconservative offensive in the third version of the BNCC for the teaching of History in the initial years, based on the emptying of the social struggles of Afro-Brazilians and indigenous people in the school curriculum, accentuating the project of 'coloniality of the world of work' (Quijano, 2005) proposed for colonized populations. The research carried out was a bibliographical review and documentary analysis, of publications on the subject, of the BNCC versions and of a textbook for the 4th year of elementary school, based on the theoretical assumptions of historical-materialism, based on the indications of Evangelista and Shiroma (2019).

O trabalho visa problematizar a construção da BNCC para o ensino fundamental e os embates e disputas na elaboração da BNCC para o ensino de História. Por fim, o texto busca identificar a ofensiva neoconservadora na terceira versão da BNCC para o ensino de História nos anos iniciais, a partir do esvaziamento das lutas sociais dos afro-brasileiros e indígenas no currículo escolar, acentuando o projeto de ‘colonialidade do mundo do trabalho’ (Quijano, 2005) proposto para as populações colonizadas.
