Resumo: This theoretical paper aims to discuss how fresh young reading practices embedded in the digital culture has reshaped themselves in contemporary times, considering places where literature, its multiple configurations and ways appropriation circulate. Reflections drawn on writers such as Cerrillo, with his emphasis on young literature for formation of readers, Colomer, by characterising contemporary young literature as a border, Cosson, who explores the widening process of literary phenomenon, and Lluch, who analyses literature and reader transformations cut across by market and the digital world. Digital culture.O presente trabalho, de cunho teórico, propõe-se a discutir como as práticas de leitura de jovens inseridos na cultura digital vêm se redefinindo na contemporaneidade, considerando os lugares onde circula a literatura, suas múltiplas configurações e novas formas de apropriação. As reflexões trazidas são inspiradas, entre outros autores, por Cerrillo, em sua ênfase à literatura juvenil para a formação de leitores, Colomer , ao caracterizar a literatura juvenil contemporânea como um lugar de fronteira, Cosson, que explora o processo de alargamento do fenômeno literário, e Lluch, que analisa as transformações da literatura e do leitor atravessadas pelo mercado e mundo digital.
