Resumo: | This article presents a comment about care and the rights of nature in the context of the dynamics of facing COVID-19 by women leaders of two specific social groups: indigenous women of Serra das Matas, in Ceará, and female waste pickers of the Reciclando para a Vida Association, in Mossoró, Rio Grande do Norte. The employed methodology was qualitative, based on meetings that took place between 08/2020 and 12/2021 in the framework of the participative research "Best Practices in Confronting COVID-19 in Rio Grande do Norte, Paraíba, and Ceará", carrying out ethnographies and accompanied the workshops in face-to-face and virtual meetings. In this dialogue, mediated by an intersectional and decolonizing feminist perspective, we observed tensions between the concepts of body-territory, more-than-human care and pedagogies of struggle of women leaders, pointing to the embodied and communitarian character of pedagogies of struggle. |
