Resumo: | This article presents part of the discussions and results of a research developed within the Institutional Program for Scientific Initiation Scholarships, whose objective was to analyze the implementation of a sequence of activities in a ninth-grade class of elementary school during remote education, whose planning takes into account the development of statistical thinking. The theoretical foundation is based on the dimensions of statistical thinking, elaborated by Wild and Pfannkuch. This work was developed with 11 students from a municipal school, who carried out data collection in order to identify how much Itabaiana students like the subject of Mathematics. After data collection, they developed the calculation of the relative frequency of the data obtained, created the graphs using an electronic spreadsheet and, later, analyzed the results and answered the proposed question. Discussions and reflections on the activities expanded the students' knowledge of statistics and technology, respecting the objectives and skills that Common National Curriculum Base presents. |

A fundamentação teórica, tem base as dimensões do pensamento estatístico, elaboradas por Wild e Pfannkuch. Este trabalho foi desenvolvido com 11 estudantes de uma escola municipal, que realizaram a coleta de dados com vistas a identificar o quanto os estudantes itabaianenses gostam da disciplina de Matemática. Após a coleta de dados, os mesmos desenvolveram o cálculo da frequência relativa dos dados obtidos, elaboraram os gráficos com o uso de planilha eletrônica e, posteriormente, analisaram os resultados e responderam à pergunta proposta.
