Gênero história em quadrinhos : abordagem em um livro didático do ensino fundamental

Studies about the genres have changed considerably, the way the authors of didactic books Portuguese investigated this issue. In this research, we will examine how gender comic has been approached in didactic books of Portuguese Language of elementary school. In this sense, work with genders was due to the need to improve the students' knowledge about the various types of discourse, specifically the comics and also the development of textual production and interpretation for use in their life in society. For this, we discuss some theoretical postulates about the genres, following the socio-discursive theories of Bakhtin, Marcuschi and Mendonça , beyond sight of PCNs (ParâmetrosCurricularesNacionais). The didactic book adopted for this analysis, performed qualitatively, is titled Língua:Portuguesa(2010), of William Roberto Cereja and Thereza Cochar Magalhães , teacher copy, for the 6th year of elementary school. In the book, besides the contents intended for this year, has a job facing the textual genres. Among them, was made the choice of comics as a corpus of research. Therefore, it was noted that the functional and formal inherent to the genre comics were explored with respect to its composition, content, style.Since the communication purpose was addressed implicitly.
