Fatores formadores da satisfação e motivação percebidos pelos professores da administração pública estadual : um estudo nas unidades educacionais da grande Aracaju-SE

The general objective of this research was to identify which factors that form motivation and satisfaction are considered important, from the point of view of state public administration teaching collaborators. In order to get to that point, a descriptive quantitative study was developed, using Exploratory Factor Analysis, through the application of two hundred and forty-eight questionnaires. From the Satisfaction construct fourteen variables were removed and from the Motivation construct thirteen variables, besides eight variables to identify the interviewees' profile. The questionnaires were applied to five schools in the municipalities of Nossa Senhora do Socorro and Barra dos Coqueiros, which belong to the greater Aracaju. The result identified in the research identified four factors related to Motivation important from the point of view of the teaching staff: Autonomy (factor 1), Financial challenges (factor 2), Physical facilities (factor 3) and Satisfaction in what you do (factor 4). Regarding the Satisfaction construct, the interviewees highlighted as essential: Relationship with the Principal(factor 1), teacher-student Relationship (factor 2), Career plan (factor 3) and Autonomy at work (factor 4).The factors evidenced in the research corroborate that the managers acting in the public administration invest significantly in the improvement of the processes, through practices that stimulate the satisfaction and motivation of the teachers, aiming, satisfactorily and efficiently, to serve the citizen, the main focus in the public sphere.
