Resumo: Due to current environmental problems, such as pollution of soil, water and air, which are generated by the large amount of organic waste discarded by society, solutions are sought that address the most diverse aspects of sustainability. Based on this assumption, a bibliometric analysis on the use of agroindustrial residues from cashew processing was applied in this study with the purpose of reviewing published documents and providing support to researchers in this field. The network analysis was applied to evaluate the relationships between keywords, as well as correlated with thematic areas that deal with the subject.

Partindo desse pressuposto, uma análise bibliométrica sobre o aproveitamento de resíduos agroindustriais oriundos do processamento do caju foi aplicada neste estudo com o intuito de revisar documentos publicados e fornecer suporte a pesquisadores neste campo.
