This study aims to analyze the growth of small companies in the lingerie sector located in the Santos Dumont, Siqueira Campos and Aracaju / SE centers identifying the factors and indicators that stimulate the development of the creative economy. It was tried to identify and enumerate the micro and small companies of lingerie located in these districts of the city and how they are in the market, what the profile of the entrepreneur and / or manager, what factors influenced the opening of the company, as well as its growth and which governmental actions contribute to the growth of the creative economy, aiming at the entrepreneurship of cities. That is, investments and incentives made by governmental managers, directed to the lingerie sector, aimed at maintaining and boosting the local economy. Questionnaires were applied to the entrepreneurs of such companies; the criterion of choice was for accessibility, provided that such companies were in accordance with the standards established in the study, which are: being a micro or small company in the lingerie sector, which is located in the neighborhoods Santos Dumont, Siqueira Campos and Centro of the city of Aracaju. Therefore, the study was applied in 15 companies. It was verified that such companies do not have, to a large extent, government support, as much as public actions, are not seen by most of the entrepreneurs interviewed in the industry, who in turn do not have public or private partnerships. In conclusion, there has been a lot to be done about the development of the creative economy, as well as the entrepreneurship of cities, since government managers are not active in this branch of the economy
