The use of mobile applications for transport requests has revolutionized the market. Companies that have advanced technology through online platforms can connect drivers and passengers with agility and efficiency. Users' acceptance of the application is confirmed when the number of new users who use mobile applications to request a transport, whether they are a car, taxi or motorcycle, is evidenced. Understanding post-acceptance of this technology is part of this study. Using the Post Acceptance Model (PAM) model by Bhattacherjee (2010), we intend to analyze the intention to continue using the mobile applications of the individual transport companies of the state of Sergipe. For that, a quantitative and exploratory-descriptive study was carried out, and an online questionnaire was applied in the social media, obtaining a sample of 225 respondents. The data were treated through descriptive statistics and the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) technique. The proposed theoretical model was accepted for the context of the research, and the intention of continuity of use of the applications presented a high determination effect, satisfaction determines the intention of use and the users are satisfied.
