A logística reversa na visão de gestores empresariais

Resumo: Given the new discussions about Reverse Logistics as a driver of sustainable development, this article aims to analyze the perception of managers of Pernambuco companies on the subject. For this, 10 questions related to the theme were defined for, in a second moment, sending to the managers of Pernambuco companies. The indication of the companies suitable for the study was made through data from the ECONODATA portal and the Pernambuco Economic Development Agency. 122 organizations were listed, of which 88 answered the questionnaire. It is noticed that the financial limitation significantly influences the implementation of sustainable actions, being 31% of the answers indicated by the administrators.
